Casting Process

Casting allows you to take a single master model and quickly replicate it using low pressure casting processes.

A master SLA model is used to produce a silicone rubber tool. Using liquid two part polyurethanes, we can quickly and economically make small quantities of parts. 

We can now produce 100-1,000 parts quickly and economically. 

Urethane Casting

Durometer Scale
